1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ckk44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content made available through the ckk44 website and any associated mobile interfaces.

Any account opened or operated by a person who does not meet these eligibility criteria is void from the outset. Any winnings accumulated in such an account may be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned less any processing costs incurred.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ckk44 platform at any given time. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same person, whether identified by shared name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering with ckk44, you agree to:

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ckk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are currently accepted. ckk44 does not accept cash, cheques, or bank wire transfers at this time.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your ckk44 account via an approved payment method are typically credited within seconds of confirmed receipt. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. ckk44 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name; deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of submission, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. ckk44 reserves the right to request further documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

Pending Wagers: Funds that form part of an active, unsettled wager may not be withdrawn until that wager has been settled. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wager will result in the request being held until settlement is complete.

Suspicious Transactions: ckk44 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits or withdrawal patterns that appear unusual or that trigger internal risk thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence. ckk44 reserves the right to withhold processing of any transaction pending satisfactory completion of AML checks.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ckk44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods.

• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ckk44 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of wagering. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that specific game or event.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed at the point of wager. Stakes outside these limits will be rejected.

8 Intellectual Property

Upon termination of a player account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ckk44's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights.
